At Sōlae Scents, we want the journey of your package to be as calm and seamless as the glow of our diffusers. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we get our "Hearthstone" models from our home to yours.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

  • Once your order is packed and ready, you will receive a notification with your tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer several ways to bring the glow home. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume or carrier delays, but we will always do our best to keep you updated.

3. Tracking Your Glow

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours of shipment. You can follow your package's journey directly through our carrier's website.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to [USA, Canada, UK].

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sōlae Scents is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Missing or Damaged Items

If your diffuser arrives damaged or if the box is missing parts, please reach out to us immediately at support@solaescents.com.

  • Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

  • We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always strive to make it right so you can get back to your cozy moments as soon as possible.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to re-send the item.
